This gentle and dreamy practice brings the beauty and nourishment of a Forest Bathing walk indoors. Certified Nature & Forest Therapy guide, Claire Beach, blends guided meditation with sensory exploration and creativity, all wrapped in comfort.
Imagine a cozy space with yoga mats, cushions and blankets, perfect for relaxing. There is a candle in the centre and the smell of Nature is all around us. The session will begin with a guided meditation to relax, remember & reconnect to those deep roots that support us through life. After the meditation you will be guided through a sensory experience which will bring the smells, textures, sounds, beauty and wonder of the Forest into your hands. Claire will serve a Winter support tea to close the session together.
Things commonly experienced during and after a Nature Therapy immersion are;

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Claire Beach is a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide. Over the past 6 years she has guided 100s of people on Forest Bathing walks and Nature Immersion experiences. Claire's passion is to bring Humans & Nature back into balance so that we all thrive. She holds an inclusive and open space that welcomes everyone as they are. She is also an Architectural Designer, Reiki Practitioner and Nature Rooted Life Coach. Nature Therapy is the centre of her self care and community work.
