We want you to have success with growing and so we offer a plant guarantee that ensures just that. In growing, we all know there are always factors outside our control, such as the weather, however, it is our goal to make the best recommendation for your conditions and to provide the plant that will do the job.
Annuals, Veggies, Herbs, Perennials, Grasses
If at any time during the current growing season, you are not completely satisfied, simply return the plant with receipt/proof of purchase for a replacement or credit for the purchase price paid.
We want to help you build your confidence as a new ‘Plant Parent’ – and so if you are not completely satisfied with your houseplant purchase, simply return it within 30 days along with your receipt and we will provide an in-store credit.
If your shrub does not survive for one year from date of purchase, Sun Harvest Greenhouses, will replace the shrub or provide an instore credit for the purchase price paid. Return the entire plant, with roots, along with your receipt proof of purchase for replacement or credit.
We reserve the right to refuse any return we deem damaged by neglect or abuse and limit our liability to the price paid for the plant. We do not provide refunds, exchange or instore credit only.
