Greg's Easy Greek Salad Dressing

In a bowl combine the following:

2 cloves Sun Harvest garlic minced

1 tbsp dijon mustard

3 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tps dried oregano

1/4 cup olive oil

Whisk in bowl and drizzle on salad.  This dressing is tangy, has a bit of bite, and best when served on freshly sliced cucumbers and tomatoes , don't forget to add the feta cheese!
