Sun Harvest Fresh Salsa

Chop each and combine the following in a bowl:

5 -6 SunHarvest Tomatoes on the vine

½ red onion

½ jalapeno pepper ( depending on the amount of ‘heat’ you want)

1/4 cup of fresh cilantro


To this add:

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

3 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste



Mix well together and let sit for ½ hour before dipping your favourite tortilla chip and MMM..Yum!
